Contact us
Small independent site, no contact form, no ticket number. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A sailing here whose fare, wharf or departure time has changed. Riverfront details move more than you would think, and we would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
- A cruise that sails the Mississippi from the downtown New Orleans riverfront and is not on the site. If it has a real, currently bookable listing page with published departures, send the link. Swamp and bayou tours are a different product from a different dock, so those are outside what this site covers.
- A question about a sailing that neither the FAQ nor the guides answers.
- Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.

What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, move a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every sailing on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.
So if your question is about a booking you have already made, the quickest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the boarding time, the exact wharf address and a message button that reaches the people actually holding your table. On a same-day question that beats us every time, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer, because only the captain and the operator make that decision.
Two details on that confirmation are worth checking twice before you email anyone. The wharf, because the Steamboat NATCHEZ leaves from 400 Toulouse Street, the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS from 101 St Louis Street a block away, and the Creole Queen from Spanish Plaza at 1 Poydras Street, and turning up at the wrong one costs you the sailing. And the boarding time, which opens at least half an hour before departure and closes before the gangway comes up.
Still deciding which boat? The five categories narrow ten sailings down faster than we can by email, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the figures come from.
